1. What consumables does YES Store supply?

2. Can I get a discount when buying inks in bulk?

Yes! Look out for multi-buy savings across selected items, such as our VividLux White DTF Ink, which includes automatic discounts when purchasing 2 or more litres. Quantity discounts may vary by product.

3. Are Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available?

Yes. SDS documents are available for all applicable products including inks, powders, adhesives, and flush solutions. Please check the SDS Reference Page, or contact us directly if you're unsure.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For large volume or pallet orders outside the UK, we recommend contacting our team for tailored logistics support.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely, and VAT invoices are issued automatically.

6. How do I know which film, powder or backing to use?

7. Can I order adhesive sprays or aerosols online?

Due to shipping restrictions, aerosol-based products like “Stick With It” adhesive must be ordered by phone. Please call +44 (0)1623 863343 to complete your order for restricted items.

8. What’s the best way to maintain my machine when using DTF or DTG inks?

Regular maintenance is essential. We recommend flushing and capping regularly using approved fluids, and following your machine’s service guide. Our support team can help, reach out for guidance, training, or service bookings.
