Warranty Terms

Pre-Treaters

DTG PTM – 1 year Parts and labour, return to base warranty

The supplied warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by negligence, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. Warranty dose not cover parts deemed as consumable items, including brass / stainless steel nozzles and filters.

Heat Presses

DTG 4s – 1 Year Parts and Labour to base warranty

Transfer Press – 1 Year parts and labour, return to base warranty.

The supplied warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by negligence, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. Warranty does not cover parts deemed as consumable items, including bed covers, bed rubber or Teflon covers.

Dryers and Tunnels

Draw Dryers – 1 Year Parts and labour warranty.

Tunnel Dryers – 1 Year Parts and labour warranty

Transfer Printers and Bling Machines

Print Wizard A4 & A3 Oki based Printers – 1 Year Parts and labour return to base warranty

Spangle Elite Bling Machine – 1 Year Parts and labour return to base warranty

Software

Any software includes – 1 Year Parts and labour return to base warranty
